Yahuwah

The Name Yahuwah is an English transliteration of the Hebrew Name of the Heavenly Father.

In Hebrew it is spelled:                      and is read from right to left.

Most modern translations have removed Yahuwah's Name and replaced it with "LORD" and sometimes "GOD".  This came about partly due to a false teaching that it was improper to say the Father's Name.  When Yeshua was falsely condemned by some religious leaders of the day, it is believed that they did so on the basis that He pronounced the Name of the Father.  Other Scripture reveals that He most certainly did speak His Father's Name as commanded in the Scriptures.  After thousands of years of His Name not being spoken, and the fact that Hebrew letters do not contain vowels, there is now no certain way to figure out how the Name was pronounced.  However, there is a means to find a very probable way it was spoken, which can be learned by clicking on the banner below.  Other ways people have referred to the Father's Name include: Jehovah, Yehovah, Yahweh, YHWH, YHVH.  The short version of the Father's Name is often written as "Yah".   Due to the importance of carrying our Heavenly Father's Name, we have modified our website to include His Name as we understand it.
