This truth is mostly over looked because it is kind of hidden in Scripture. In this study we will try to bring it to light to bring forth blessings in your family.
In the New Testament account of Yeshua's (Jesus) entry into Jerusalem and the temple, the record shows that the children were shouting, "Hosanna to the Son of David," They were doing this as He entered Jerusalem and after He performed miracles in the temple.
This is what the Scripture says: "But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple area, "Hosanna to the Son of David," they were indignant. "Do you hear what these children are saying?" they asked him. "Yes," replied Jesus, "have you never read,"'From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise'?" (Matthew 21:15-16 NIV)
The Scripture Jesus was referring to is found in the Old Testament Book of Psalms. Psalms 8:2 to be exact. It says: "From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise because of your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger" (Psalm 8:2 NIV).
Although the NIV version uses the word praise, the King James Version (KJV) uses the word strength instead. It reads: "Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger."
I asked myself why one version would use one word and another version use another. The answer to this question can be found by looking at the meaning of the actual word used in the original language of the Bible. It’s meaning has no exact english translation. So the translators had to pick an english word that best fit. Some translators picked strength and those of other translations picked praise.
The actual Hebrew word used in the Old Testament is : oze which means strength in various applications (force, security, majesty, praise):--boldness, loud, might, power, strength, strong.
The New Testament was translated into the Greek language. The actual word recorded for Jesus statement was: ainos, pronounced ah'ee-nos referring to a story, but used in the sense of praise of God. However, remember that Jesus was referring to the Old Testament Scriptures when He said “Have you never read”. So this word is the Hebrew word oze which means strength in various applications, praise being one of them. The word “Hosanna” that the children were shouting to Jesus means “Save” and was an exclamation of adoration.
So, to summarize our little word study we learned that Jesus was showing that through the mouths of Babies and Nursing Infants God has ordained strength to silence the enemy satan and our adversaries. Obviously this is a supernatural gift given by God through the Praise of His children as they could not do battle on their own. We also know from Scripture that God inhabits the praises of His people which brings strength. Scripture tells us that John the Baptist was filled with the Holy Spirit while in the womb. So that shows us that babies can be filled with God’s Spirit even before birth.
So the way I see it, is that we have the story or testimony of children praising Jesus, being used as a weapon against satan’s work. In Matthew 21:16 the Scriptural account of this is immediately followed by Jesus cursing the fig tree that was not producing fruit (It withered immediately). Remember what God’s first command was to His people in Genesis? “Be Fruitful and Multiply.” He was talking about having children. Not just the ones we decide to have because we are too selfish to do the work of raising more, or think that all the responsibility for their provision is on us alone. NO, He desires us to be obedient and to let Him choose the size of our family and trust Him for their provision. Furthermore, we should not just trust God for our children, we should cry out to Him to bless the fruit of our womb.
This can seem so scary to many people. There can be fears that our children will never grow up to know Yahuwah and not even enter heaven. Studies have shown that 94% of children born to Christian families who were home schooled know Jesus as Savior after they graduate from high school. That same figure is only 15% for children raised in Christian homes who attended public school. That means 85% of children from Christian homes who attend public schools did not know the LORD by the time they graduated. In a conversation with an atheist public school teacher the subject of Christian families having more children than non Christian families came up. The atheist responded by saying, “That’s OK, by the time we are done with them they will not be Christian anymore.” Jesus said, "Can a blind man lead a blind man? Will they not both fall into a pit? A student is not above his teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be like his teacher." (Luke 6:39, 40 NIV) In Yirmehyahu (Jeremiah) 10:2 the Bible says, “Learn not the way of the heathen...” (KJV)
Faith Based Homeschooling is the only Biblical method for raising our children up in the admonition and nurture of Yahuwah. God addresses parents, not Government employees or hired help when addressing the education of our children. He said,. “Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it” (Prov 22:6 NIV). In referring to the Scriptures He also said, “These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up” (Deuteronomy 6:6-7 NIV). This commandment will also require women to adopt the Biblical model of motherhood and stay home to raise their children. Remember that where ever Yahuwah guides He will also provide. He provided for the Israelites in the wilderness during the first Exodus. He has provided for On Eagle’s Wings Inc. and will fulfill His promise to bring His people all the way home. He will provide for you as you step out in obedience. It’s not that you will never experience need. Only that He will provide for it in His due time. If He can provide for about 3 million people in the wilderness, He can also provide for you. Just remember to go to Him for your needs, and not the world.
We are glad to share that as part of the end times Restoration Yahuwah has already been leading His people to do this with positive results. We can with assurance, become fruitful and multiply; and from the mouths of babes and nursing infants God will silence the enemy (Psalm 8:2, Matthew 21:16).

P.S. Did you know that studies have shown that mothers who breast feed their babies have far less instances of cancers to the reproductive organs and breasts? The longer the cumulative years of breast feeding the less the occurrence of those cancers. Also women who have never had children sadly have a greater chance of getting those types of cancer. I guess that is another way Yahuwah is using the mouths of nursing infants to silence the enemy.
