Why is it said that "Dance Little Honey Bee" was planned by Yahuwah from the day of creation itself?

This can be said from what we know of the Scriptures and how Yahuwah has called the ministry of Dance Little Honey Bee into existence.  We know that Yahuwah is omniscient and knows all; the beginning and all of the future before it even happens.  We know that when He planned creation He knew each person who would ever be born; where they would live, and every other aspect of their life.  Therefore, we know that when Yahuwah planned the Honey Bee and created it, with it's special dance, that He also knew of how He would use it in Dance Little Honey Bee.  We also know that the most important thing to Yahuwah is the restoration of His people.  In other words, He had Dance Little Honey Bee on His mind when He created the Honey Bee.  We also know that He had you on His mind.
